What time do we return to NYC?
Return times are approximate — typically 20 to 24 hours after departure — and depend on traffic, weather, border crossings, and road conditions. Delays may occur. The company is not responsible for personal plans affected by travel delays.
What type of vehicle is used?
Vehicle type varies based on group size. Options include:

Are restrooms available on the vehicle?
No. The vehicles are not equipped with onboard restrooms. Scheduled rest stops are provided during the journey. Additional stops may be made at the driver’s discretion when safe and feasible.
Are child or booster seats provided?
Child and booster seats are required by law and must be provided by the customer. With prior arrangement and subject to availability, seats may be provided upon request.
Can I bring luggage?
Yes. As this is a private tour, luggage is permitted. Guests must notify the company in advance so appropriate vehicle space can be arranged.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
The vehicles used for this tour are not wheelchair accessible.
Is the vehicle and driver available during free time at Niagara Falls?
No. During sightseeing time, the driver is required to take mandatory rest periods in preparation for the return journey. The vehicle will not remain on standby at all times.
Is a visa required?
No visa is required to visit the U.S. side of Niagara Falls.
Can I visit the Canadian side of Niagara Falls?
Yes. Guests may visit the Canadian side independently. A valid passport and any required visa are the traveler’s responsibility.
The vehicle and driver do not cross into Canada. Transportation is provided on the U.S. side only. Guests choosing to cross the border must return to the designated U.S. meeting point at the agreed time.

Trip of a life time! Best trip ever perfect timing for all the attractions super fun and mesmerizing place to go!! Daniel, our driver pricked us up at about midnight, The driving back and forth was wonderful. Daniel was entertaining yet professional and caring. He kept us on schedule very well (how did he know?); he was flexible to our needs. Once at Niagara Falls, Daniel introduced us to Billy, the tour guide. Billy was knowledge and he was so sweet to take all of the family photos. Billy truly made out visit enjoyable and full. He was patient and giving. We would go back to royal city tours on a heartbeat… we had that much fun. Thank you Daniel and Billy for being so good at what you do. And..thank you for the present!
