What time do we return to NYC?
Return times are approximate — typically 20 to 24 hours after departure — and depend on traffic, weather, border crossings, and road conditions. Delays may occur. The company is not responsible for personal plans affected by travel delays.
What type of vehicle is used?

Are restrooms available on the vehicle?
No. The vehicles are not equipped with onboard restrooms. Scheduled rest stops are provided during the journey. Additional stops may be made at the driver’s discretion when safe and feasible.

Child and booster seats are required by law and must be provided by the customer. With prior arrangement and subject to availability, seats may be provided upon request.
Can I bring luggage?
Yes. As this is a private tour, luggage is permitted. Guests must notify the company in advance so appropriate vehicle space can be arranged.
Is the tour wheelchair accessible?
The vehicles used for this tour are not wheelchair accessible.
Is the vehicle and driver available during free time at Niagara Falls?
No. During sightseeing time, the driver is required to take mandatory rest periods in preparation for the return journey. The vehicle will not remain on standby at all times.
Is a visa required?
No visa is required to visit the U.S. side of Niagara Falls.
Can I visit the Canadian side of Niagara Falls?
Yes. Guests may visit the Canadian side independently. A valid passport and any required visa are the traveler’s responsibility.
The vehicle and driver do not cross into Canada. Transportation is provided on the U.S. side only. Guests choosing to cross the border must return to the designated U.S. meeting point at the agreed time.

Daniel the driver to and from Niagara was great! He brought us to the park through the night despite the unseen hazardous weather. He made the safety for our group his main priority, which we very much appreciate. Brian the Niagara Falls tour guide was well informative about the whole park. He had an answer to all our questions regarding the Niagara falls, the islands, and all the surrounding structures connecting America to Canada. Would definitely recommend Brian for future private tours like ours. Not afraid to extend his guidance on how to get to all attractions to another especially with our limited time there. My 19 year old daughter and I had the great pleasure in participating in the Royal City Tours Private tour of Niagara Falls. Our experience and treatment by our driver, Daniel and local Niagara tour guide, Brian, were first class.
Daniel and Brian placed the highest priority in our comfort, safety and overall trip experience. Our trip was 21 hours from departure from NYC to our return. Daniel drove safely and responsibly. He outlined the course of our trip and made sure to inform us that he was happy to fulfill any specific travel needs we may need along the way.
Brian is a very knowledgeable and informed local licensed tour guide of the Niagara Falls area. He was able to instill knowledge of the falls, geology, historical water power generation, local history and wildlife we encountered. He was always concerned that we were getting the best experience and went out of his way to meet our needs.
We chose the morning departure as we wanted to see the falls lit up at night. It was a beautiful sight and a great finale to a day spent exploring these beautiful falls. It is a long trip, but very worth the experience of this extraordinary natural wonder and State Park.
